Additional information

【Using a room for meetings】

  1. The additional charge will be 50% of the room charge for every hour.
  2. There may be an additional charge if you wish to use the rooms during lunch or dinner hours.
  3. If you are ordering meals (of over 3,000yen per person), there will be no room charge for up to 2 hours. (If the number of people does not fulfill our requirements, a room fee will be charged.)
  4. Because we will round up or down depending on the final number and tax, prices may differ slightly from those on the price list.

【Using a room for exhibitions】

  1. We define “one day rental” as renting a room from 9am to 7pm. After 7pm, the additional charge will be 50% of the room charge for every hour.
  2. Please ask one of our staff members for information on how to bring in equipment. You may use the elevator (height 2330mm, width 1600mm, depth 1500mm, entrance height 2100mm, width 900mm, load weight 1000kg).
  3. If you wish to use equipment which will require a lot of electricity, we can have a special installation organized for an additional charge.
  4. Because we will round up or down depending on the final number and tax, prices may differ slightly from those on the price list.

【駐車場ご使用の場合】

  1. Guests using the meeting rooms can avail of up to 60 parking spaces for free of charge while they use the facility.
  2. The size of parking space is height 1.6m, depth 5m, width 1.78m.
